NaNa Bambi

Name: NaNa (Bambi)

Career: In the past I have had the pleasure of working in the school district doing the lunch clerical job. Where I loved being able to get to know all the kids on a one on one basis. These relationships I made have continued on thru the years where I now see these kids married and starting families. My career took a change when my husband bought my fathers Auto Body Repair business 30 years ago. I have had the wonderful blessing of working by my husbands side managing the front office during these years.

Favorite food: I'm probably a Mexican kinda girl. But love to try new salads and other dishes as long as someone else is fixing them! I would rather have a cookie or a finger treat rather than cake, pie, and ice cream (totally opposite of the rest of my family)

Hobbies: My first and foremost is the love of yard work. Kris & I both grew up in families where beautiful yards where important. I love canning the great things grown in our garden and orchard, crocheting, cooking, meeting new friends, organizing, traveling, and my number one hobby is my family. Love, love spending all the time I can with them- taking my girls and granddaughters shopping and playing.

Favorite vacations: My husband took me on my dream vacation to Hawaii. We have also been to Cancun, Florida, Boston, New York, and many more states. Our new love of travel is to pick a destination, route, pack up the vehicle and take off. No reservations ahead, we make them when we decide where we want to stop. So,so fun!

About me: I am a very talkative, social, out going person. Love being able to get to know individuals true insides. I have a sensitive heart for others that are struggling in life, whether it be financially, physically, mentally , or with health issues. I love learning new things, and trying my best to accomplish tasks I'm not so good at. I have a great sense of humor and love having fun and joking with people.

About our family: I married my high school sweetheart. And we have been blessed to share 35 years so far together. He is my best friend, and thru the years we have accomplished every thing we set out to do and more. He is the hardest working man I know and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He is an over the top husband, father, and grandpa. Our kids and family is our life. We have tried to teach them by example, and feel this has worked so far. We have two children: Shalee, and Tyson. Shalee blessed us with a fantastic son-in-law (Josh), and Tyson blessed us with a wonderful daughter-in-law (TeAnna) and two beautiful granddaughters Destiny 10, and Chevelle 20 months. They are truly the light of our lives! And we are so beyond excited for Josh & Shalee to add another piece of joy to our family.

I came from a small family me being the only girl, and two brothers. But my family grew up very close and we did a lot together as a family. I am the middle child, and was always my Daddy's girl. My Father and Mother are now deceased and their isn't a day go by that I don't miss them, but I know they are holding, loving, and playing with my other grand kids waiting to come!

Words to future baby Knowles: You can't begin to imagine how excited we are to have you join our family! Josh & Shalee have been wanting to start their family from the day they got married, and more than prepared to love you, support you, comfort you, guide you and provide you with the most life has to offer. We and our extended family are eagerly waiting for these wonderful blessings to fill not only their lives, but ours also. You will have plenty of cousins to love on you also. As for NaNa- grandpa has let me quit my job after 30+ years, so I can be here to love, help, cuddle and spoil you all I want when I want! We can't wait for your arrival!!!
